We offer value-filled and flexible Retreat Venue Hire for Host practitioners, adventure tour guides and creatives.

Considerations for your Retreat at our place

Hosts are responsible for the Retreat Group. Check-in and Check-out times are important to the smooth running of our Housekeeping schedule. Whilst we aim to provide a clean and welcoming space for your retreat, please assist us with filling the urn, emptying bins, including recycling and compost and leaving the Treetop Studio clean and tidy. Hosts will need to provide their own candles, yoga equipment (if numbers exceed 4) incense, fresh flowers, music and devices, specialty hot beverages etc…

We will provide food and service if you have booked catering with us. If you are self-catering, please leave the facility as you found it. If you have not booked catering through us, venue only hire is not serviced, however we are available to assist you. If service is required this will be charged at an extra rate and you will need to contact us directly to confirm this.

A deposit amount of the first night stay is appreciated at time of Retreat Booking Confirmation, this is non-refundable but transferable to an available future date – if cancelled within 60 days prior to the date of retreat/event.

Group Accommodation Packages

Nightly tariffs range from;

$110 per person, twin share Glamping (sleeps 20) Single occupancy $165 per person (sleeps 12)

$165 per person, twin share Studio Rooms. Single occupancy available upon request.

Total number of guests, twin share; Glamping 24; Studio Rooms 10; Quarters Rooms 8

All ancillary facilities are included when you book exclusive Venue Hire. Our Treetop Yoga Studio and catering facility is optimal for @16 participants.

We offer a Continental Breakfast Table including Barista beverages, each morning when you book 8+ (Winter) 12+ (Autumn/Spring) 14+ (Summer) POA

A comprehensive bedding configuration list is required 2 weeks prior to your event to assist us with housekeeping and avoid any last-minute room modifications. Please reach out to arrange a site visit or discuss your next corporate and wellness retreat.

Catering

We are happy to discuss all of your catering needs for your retreat event. You can choose from full or partial catering, throughout the year. Our kitchen may also be hired for cooking classes by approved suppliers.

We call on the services of several local specialty caterers. Barista beverages may also be arranged for an additional cost.

Please choose from one of our preferred local caterers without an additional Kitchen Hire.

You are also welcome to self-cater your retreat with a Professional foodie of your choice. Kitchen Hire fees start from $100 /day for up to 6 hours use.

Casual Hire

Treetop Treatment Room (20m2) $15 per hour (includes available equipment) or $75 per day (up to 6 hours) Includes access to one bathroom facility.

Please enquire about our Professional Room & Treetop Yoga Studio (60m2) $15 per hour (no. < 5) $25 per hour (no. > 5) (includes available equipment) or $110 per day (up to 6 hours)

The Rustic Shed (60m2) $15 per hour (no. < 5) (includes available furniture & facilities) or $110 per day (up to 6 hours)

All prices include GST. The casual hire of our facilities must not disrupt normal retreat opening hours and operations. We aim to offer our facilities to allow for accessibility to all guests, however the Treetop Yoga Studio is situated upstairs.
