Fantastic Stay

“We had the most fantastic relaxed weekend at Margaret River Retreat staying in one of their studio rooms.
The facilities were great and waking up to the beautiful view and quietness was Devine.
We can’t wait to stay again”

A must if you are in the region of Margaret River

“It was the most beautiful campsite where we were in Western Australia. In the middle of nature, but the comforts of a hot shower, a barbecue station, a small bistro …There is enough space so you can sit undisturbed with a glass of wine, enjoy the sunset and watch the kangaroos. The owners are lovely, uncomplicated and help with what you need. We extended our stay there because we felt so comfortable.
Conclusion: If you ever be in the region of Margaret River you have to stay there and enjoy little break form everyday life.”

“A great way to experience camping while not having to undergo heavy pressure. Has tents to rent or simply bring your own. Provides a great deal of amenities. You can cook outside on fire or use the kitchen. Clean showers and restrooms. Would recommend to anyone who is looking for non-hardcore camping.” –

“Margaret River Retreat is a hidden gem and a peaceful haven for anyone seeking an escape from the daily grind! We enjoyed 3 nights with our 2 children glamping in one of the spacious and luxurious tents. The owners really go the extra mile to ensure everyone is comfortable. The property is equipped with a kitchen, a number of bathrooms and a trampoline for the kids to make the camping/glamping experience easy. What really sets MRR apart though is the little details: the water is filtered rainwater, the beautiful artisan linens used on the beds, natural handmade soaps. These are the things which make an escape truly luxurious in my eyes. The property also has a store with a curation of sustainable, local treasures and a lovely cafe serving delicious, wholesome food and organic coffee. Thanks for looking after us so well MRR!” –

“Lovely peaceful location with great facilities. Everything has been carefully thought about and provided to ensure a memorable experience. Love the onsite cafe. Both the campsite and cafe are very reasonably priced. Lots of local wildlife including boxing kangaroo’s and a family of emu’s sauntering around.” –

“Our family had a fantastic stay at the Margaret River Retreat. We stayed in one of the glamping tents, which was amazing. Nick, the owner, was very friendly and accommodating. The site is lovely, with the tents set up in front of an empty field where we could see wild kangaroos in evenings and mornings. The tent was extremely comfortable, with a lot of space (1 double bed, 1 sofa + 2 mattresses on the floor). The retreat also has an excellent kitchen for breakfast / lunch, with a friendly service and high-quality product. I can’t speak of this place more highly. It has been one of the highlights of our week in Western Australia.” –
