Welcome to Billy Camp
Billy Camp is our dedicated group camping area, central to all retreat facilities. Limited to a small number of un-powered (4) and powered (8) camp-sites and with easy access from Bussell Highway. Grassy, treed and well spaced sites are suitable for a variety of vehicles. Billy Camp is perfect for organised groups and as overflow accommodation during an event. School groups and community groups are welcome to apply during non-peak times of the year. Please connect with us for group pricing and details.
Billy camp is a private campsite and no longer accepts general bookings.
Facilities
Campers kitchen is well equipped with filtered drinking water, a washing up station, BBQ, seating around a large fire-pit (in-season) farm & forest views.
Several amenities include, separate male and female toilets and showers, night lighting and instant gas hot water.
We provide composting and worm farm facilities as well as recycling and rubbish disposal.
A coin operated laundry is available to all guests staying at the retreat.
Considerations
Bookings are essential. Guests must arrive within our Reception hours of between 2pm-5pm. If you are delayed, we can appoint a site for you and leave information outside Reception. This only applies to fully paid bookings. Please advise us of your site needs at the time of booking.
We are an event venue, not a party venue for guests. If you want to party after 10pm, please stay at another location. We are happy to discuss your event plans with you.
Visitors must park in the main carpark. As a courtesy to paying guests, visitors are not permitted to use the shower or laundry facilities.
Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
We are a family run farm, who practice organic food production. Please do not dispose of chemical waste or solvents onto the ground.
Please reduce, reuse & recycle your plastics, paper, aluminium and glass waste.
We do not allow generators to operate at the retreat.
We aim to be a smoke free farm.
Our wildlife is important to us, therefore, we do not accept pets at the retreat.
Bushfire restrictions are effective from Nov-May.
Quiet times are appreciated between 10pm and 7am.
